Within 48 hours you receive a written QA Risk Assessment: your highest-probability release risks, your automation coverage gaps, and our honest recommendation on where to start.

What you walk away with:

  • A clear, transparent proposal – deliverables and pricing, no hidden costs

MONTH 1 – PAID, STRUCTURED, FULL EXIT RIGHT

30 days. Real deliverables. You decide at the end – with everything we built already yours

No annual contract. No automatic renewal. Just 30 structured days with defined deliverables and the full right to walk away at the end – no penalties, no questions. We don’t ask you to trust us on faith; we ask for one month to prove it. By Day 30 you have automation running in your pipeline and a clear picture of what continuing looks like.

The 30 days, day by day:

  • Days 1–3 – Kickoff, access setup, meeting your team
  • Days 4–10 – Deep dive into your application, architecture, and sprint rhythm. Active testing starts immediately, AI accelerates coverage analysis
  • Days 11–20 – Test plan delivered. First test cases written. Playwright automation framework setup begins
  • Days 21–30 – Automation framework operational and running in your CI/CD. Final Trial Report with concrete recommendations

You keep everything. Every test case, automation script, and document we produce is yours – regardless of what you decide on Day 30. Exit: written notice 5 business days before the end. No penalties. No lock-in.

MONTHS 2–7 – WHERE VALUE COMPOUNDS

Your engineer stops learning your product and starts owning your quality

When the Trial delivers, the natural next step is a 6-month engagement – long enough for value to compound, short enough that you never feel trapped. This is when your engineer becomes a true member of the team: automation matures, release confidence climbs, and your developers stop carrying QA overhead. And this is the stage where we put our guarantees in writing.

Written into your contract, every month:

  • 80% automated coverage of critical functionality
  • 30+ new automated tests added
  • Every bug reported within 24 hours of discovery
  • 100% attendance at all Scrum ceremonies
  • Written QA status report every Friday by 5pm your time
  • Response to any written query within 4 business hours
